Olight kindly presented me with a bolt-action Olight O’Pen Glow in OD Green when I visited the Olight factory in May. Here is my review of the pen from the perspective of a torch enthusiast.
The Wuben X2 with a white micro-arc oxidation finish is a lighter version of the EDC torch and it feels smooth.
Today I am taking a look at the Olight lab, the Olight factory, a battery supplier and a supplier with CNC machines and lathes. We will see how the Olight O’Pen Glow is made.
The Wuben X0 is the smallest of the Lightok range so far. It takes a flat top 18350 cell and has a Samsung LH351D emitter.
Today I am taking a look inside the Wuben factory in China to see how flashlights are made. Thank you Edison, Mr Tan and Wuben for being extremely welcoming and for the opportunity.
The Wuben X3 prototype that I received has a white Samung LH351D emitter and a red 670nm emitter. There are some nice features: a display, wireless charging, two blue aux lights at the back, a glow-in-the-dark case and magnets. A charging case was also included.
The Wuben X1 is the bigger brother of the Wuben X2 and it is capable of producing 10,000+ lumens. It even has a fan with a heatsink to keep it cool!
